摘要：
The authors describe the case of an 11-year-old girl with unilateral infiltrating retinoblastoma who presented with atypical long-term intraocular inflammation. Based on ophthalmic evaluation, retinoblastoma was strongly suspected The diagnostic tests were not particularly helpful to establish the correct diagnosis, probably because of the lack of calcium inside the tumor. The histological study with immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated a retinoblastoma with considerable necrosis and slight differentiation to rosettes.
