摘要
In this paper, the improvements of CMOS current feedback operational amplifier circuit from the basic structure of the third generation current conveyor (CCIII) and fast speed buffer are presented. The improved circuit can significantly enhance the performance of a gain bandwidth (GBW) up to 160 MHz at 50 Omega//100pF as indicated by the results from OrCAD PSpice. Finally, the novel topology of this improved circuit is presented.
