摘要
Congruent Zn(7 mol%):Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 single crystal was grown by the Czochralski method in air. The occupation mechanism of the Zn2+ was discussed by an infrared transmittance spectrum. The nonvolatile holographic recording in Zn(7mol%):Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 single crystal was measured by two-photon fixed method. Zn(7 mol%):Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 single crystals present the faster recording time and higher light-induced scattering resistance ability comparing with Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 single crystals. (C) 2014 Elsevier GmbH.
