摘要
Defines the basic electrical parameters of the wire material of the original induction heating systems for plastics molding, which provide the required performance characteristics of the polymer. When designing induction heating systems the main parameters that determine the heating efficiency are the frequency, the level and nature of power distribution, the geometric dimensions of the inductor, is found taking into account possible technological limitations. Frequency, except in specified circumstances, determines the choice of power source and other equipment the induction heating system, i.e. determines the cost of the entire installation. In this regard, first of all, the frequency can be considered as an optimized parameter.
