摘要：

Technological innovation is important for Chinese enterprises to gain market competitiveness. Investigation in Zhejiang Province reveals that capital insufficiency has been the major obstacle to technological innovation. Based on case studies, the authors put forward several paths appropriate for Chinese enterprises to accumulate more capital to support technological innovation.
