摘要
Because of the furious market competition, the issue of market exploring has become the bottleneck in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The market exploring depends much on the support of maturate and wholesome service platform established by the government. In such a context, government still has to create the framework for SMEs to become embedded and sustaining in the markets. This paper constructs the framework of market exploring service platform and the mutual relationship, and then probes into the operation of the platform from four aspects as government, the established service committee, the market exploring associations and the intermediary service organizations.
