摘要
dual-resonant quad-layer transmitarray element is proposed in this paper. The element can be used to construct a circularly polarized transmitarray which converts linearly polarized incident wave into circularly polarized outgoing wave. The element operates at 30GHz and is designed through the principle of multilayer frequency selective approach [1]. By varying the element's dimensions, a full transmission phase range of 360 degrees is achieved meanwhile the transmission magnitude is better than -1. 6dB.
