摘要
The Lusitanian language is one of the least known Indo-European languages. This is partly due to the scarcity of indigenous documents. The most important of them is the inscription of Cabeco das Fraguas (Portugal), which is interesting not only because it contributes most to the dialectal classification of Lusitanian among the Indo-European languages, but also because it contains Alteuropaisch material. This paper aims to clarify some hitherto obscure facts about the lexicon and morphology of the inscription, and to confirm that Lusitanian is not an offshoot of the Celtic family.
