摘要
In this paper, the kinematics principle of a split-type linear piezoelectric actuator and the relationship between the relative elliptical trajectory of the driving tip and its performance are studied. The experimental results show that: 1) The forming principle of the elliptical trajectory of the driving tip is expounded through the kinematics model, and its influence on the motion is verified by experiments; 2) Under the excitation voltage of 200Vpp, the maximum frequency-bandwidth of the prototype is 4kHz. When the space-angle is 90 degrees, the signal phase is 90 degrees and the pre-load is 50N, the maximum thrust reaches 9.6N; 3) For split linear piezoelectric actuator, the excitation voltage of stator and Mover has great influence on the performance. When the excitation voltage of the stator is too large, the ultrasonic antifriction effect tends to be obvious, reducing the thrust of the prototype.
