摘要
Prestressed concrete beam bridge cross-section using T-shaped cross-section. Anti-shrinkage reinforcement requirements adopted under the dense arrangement of all the. memorial steel welds are double-sided welding, using a special form of prestressed reinforcement arranged in assembly is completed, tension on the deck to prevent the beam edge cracking. Standard span: 40m (Pier center distance), Main beam length: 39.96m, Calculation span: 39.00m, Bridge width: 26mDouble amplitude (12+2x0.5) m. Design load: Highway ILevel,Structural importance factor r(0) =1.0, Standard values for uniform load q(k) 10.5KN/m,Concentrated load standard value 316KN. Ordinary reinforced 12mm diameter greater than and equal to the adoption of HRB400 steel; diameter less than 12mm are reinforced with R235. Post-tensioned construction process by making the main beam, the inner diameter of 70mm bellows and clips embedded anchor. The bridge is a double width bridge (two bridges are independent of the bridge, so you can count only single), main beam flange width is 220cm, single bridge width 13m, optional four main beam and two side beams (edge girder flange width of 210cm), the spacing between the main beam 220cm
