Two cases of Tolosa-Hunt syndrome are reported. Unusual features included a bilateral distribution and presence of exophthalmos and papilledema. The course was favorable under corticosteroid therapy, Cerebral computed tomography found no evidence of a tumorous or vascular abnormality of the cavernous sinus, Diabetic neuropathy, ophthalmoplegic migraine, Miller Fisher syndrome,and systemic disease were also ruled out.
