摘要：

Thermal power generation plays a pivotal role in China's energy system. At present, China's coal prices are dominated by the market, and electricity prices are regulated by the government. Therefore, a series of contradictions will occur between the market-led coal prices and the government-regulated electricity prices. Under the above conditions, this paper regards coal price as the decisive factor affecting electricity price, taking the financial profit of power plant as the starting point, first analyzes the factors affecting coal price, and then introduces the current development mode of power grid price of power plant in China; based on the above analysis, coal-electric linkage early warning model was designed. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by an example.
