The Electrochemical Action of Stirring Rate in Ni-diamond Composite Electrodeposition

摘要
Based on the study about cathodic potentiodynamic diagrams, impedance diagrams and differential capacitance curves, the effect of stirring rate on interface double electric layer was analysed, and then the change of content of particles in the deposits along with stirring rate was judged. And so the electrochemical action of stirring rate in Ni-diamond composite electrodeposition was discussed. The results show that the cathodic potentiodynamic of composite system is stronger and the electrophoresis velocity of particles increases upon stirring rate about 440 similar to 480 r/min, at the same time Faraday resistance is bigger, double electric layer capacitance is smaller and cathodic surface is positive charge at deposition potential compared with too strong or too weak stirring. Data of electrochemistry testing experiment indicate that the content of particles in the deposits is higher when stirring rate is about 440 similar to 480 r/min. The results of technological experiment coincide with those of electrochemical testing well.
