The patient lay on the operating room table. Her plastic surgeon stood beside her. Anesthesia was ready. "One more thing- I want to be a perfect 'B,"' she proclaimed. The plastic surgeon smiled, and the patient was asleep within moments. He then turned to the female medical student. "What did she mean by 'a perfect B'?" he asked.
