This study explored the acts of Strategic Management in academic libraries. The paper depends on a study that was led in 2015. Using ILMA University formerly Institute of Business and Technology (IBT) library as case study, it expected to figure out the way of moving ideal models in data administration, set up the key difficulties and discovered how Strategic Management was drilled.More imperative information was concurred through meetings with pioneers of academic libraries in the ILMA University), a business School in Karachi. A Strategic Management model was designed for academic libraries of the University to conquer the hindrances that they may confront in their future systems.
