The simulation research on the main influencing factors of real estate system in our country

Presently, it's a critical period of macro-adjustment for real estate industry in our country. Especially, problems such as the house price have been the important topics for discussion, in the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. How to distill the main influencing factors such as the house price, land price, the rate of land remised, investment, and profit, and make sure their parameter constitutes, and then make emulation is a blank of the existed research. By using system dynamics theory and correlativity theory, this article has constructed a model, and has made the simulation on the important influencing factors of real estate system, such as the house price, land price, the rate of land remised and investment, and then has educed the changing rules, curves and simulative data of every unknown parameter. The research of this article will provide reference for the development regulation of real estate system.
