摘要：
In order to deal with the continually increasing complexity of the construction project and the situation of construction marketing competition, virtual construction enterprise is the effective operating and managing method. Value chain analysis is an important tool of strategic research and the basis of policy decision. From the aspect of value analysis, this paper is to analyze the value chain of virtual construction enterprise, and methods of optimal management in the enterprise will also be proposed.
