Liquefaction of Bagasse in Supercritical Water

摘要
Bagasse was liquefied in supercritical water at 648 similar to 673 K in the presence of Na(2)CO(3) as the catalyst. The reaction products were separated into liquid products, gases and residue. The influences of liquid-solid ratio, reaction time, temperature and catalyst dosage on the yields and compositions of liquefaction products were investigated. The minimum residue yield was achieved at 653 K for 20 min with liquid-solid ratio 18 and catalyst dosage 1%. The gaseous and liquid products obtained at different temperature were characterized by CC and GC-MS. The liquid products of the reaction were identified to be ring ketone and various phenolic compounds by GC-MS. While the gaseous products formed during the liquefaction were C(1)-C(4) hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen, according to GC, and the contents of gases were various as the temperature changed.
