摘要
This paper presents a study of the natural ventilation and illumination, which occur when lateral continuous shafts fulfill the requirements for external openings in underground car parking. Daylight factors and natural airflow rates for different garage dimensions, shaft shapes, shunts and vertical partitions are investigated. A CFD code and a daylight package in a two-dimension implementation carry out the study.
