摘要：

This paper describes the design of a flexible ATM network interface(ANI) providing traffic integration especially for B-ISDN terminal adapter(TA) and network adapter(NA) applications. The proposed ANI can carry all types of traffic and protocols (i.e. LAN, ISDN, Frame Relay, Video, etc.) efficiently using simplified interface primitives.
