摘要：
In consideration of rapid development of modern science and technology as well as continuous expansion of degree of modernization, thinking concepts, values and moral conducts of undergraduates have changed in a profound manner, while a large number of new problems occur in undergraduate ideological and political work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen and improve undergraduate ideological and political work. The theories of psychology must be introduced in this work so as to improve pertinence and effectiveness of undergraduate ideological and political work. This paper discusses the importance of application of theories of psychology in undergraduate ideological and political work, expounds major problems in current undergraduate ideological and political work and comes up with countermeasures to enhance application of psychology in undergraduate ideological and political work.
