摘要：

This paper analyzes several requirements of network teaching of network multimedia teaching courseware, and puts forward some principles of multimedia teaching courseware of the network based on these requirements, and presents own opinions on the method of making multimedia courseware, and finally analyzes the application of network multimedia courseware in the teaching process.
