摘要：

China' s securities companies are developing. But there are many problems of the risk control of investment banks in China, such as, operations of businesses not standardized, small size, low proportion of corporate bond, narrow scope, lack of talented professionals. It is ultimately necessary to take countermeasures of to strengthen the risk management of main businesses of China' s securities companies, for example, the talents, the size, proportion of securities, risk control of business; risks both from inner and outer aspects.
