摘要
The object of this paper is to assert, firstly, that desire to be employment at Japanese companies increases by experiencing internship in Japan, and secondly, that the students who did an internship in Japan will be more likely to find employment at Japanese companies. Despite the strong links between Thailand's and Japan's economic and industrial sectors, Japanese companies are often struggling to secure human resources in Thailand. This investigation focuses on whether the number of people who seek jobs in Japanese companies increase after an internship in Japan, and if yes what sort of company do students apply to. In addition, the trend of graduates of each faculty of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI) was surveyed and compared with the trend of the students who experienced an internship in Japan to test the hypothesis that the latter has a stronger tendency to be employed by Japanese companies.
