摘要
Lifetime evaluation of welded highstrength hybrid joints under cyclic loading. The fatigue strength of a welded hybrid hanger connection of a steel section arched bridge is tested experimentally. Based on this investigations and further numerical analyses S-N-curves and fatigue classes for the nominal stress approach, the hot spot structural stress approach and the effective notch stress approach have been determined. Due to the post weld treatment of the detail higher FAT-classes are applicable than fo usually welded joints. Generally, the fatigue classes of steel S355 M are transferable to the hybrid connection from S355 M with S460 M. This has been shown by a comparison of the experimental results.
