摘要
During the year 2011, the adoption and the promulgation of the bill no 2011/018 of 15 July 2011 on organization and promotion of physical education and sports activities in Cameroon marked a crucial turning point. This bill that abrogated the preceding bill n. 96/09 of 5 August fixing the charter of physical education and sports activities in Cameroon shows the will of the legislator to reorganize and promote these activities in Cameroon. Furthermore, it reinforces the role of the universal legal instrument of sporting movement: the Olympic Charter that institutes jurisdictional organs within the National Olympic Committees (NOCs). This is the reason why the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration (CCA) has a key role to play. More than ever before, many provisions of this bill have strengthened this assertion. This legal evolution finally closes the equivocation showed by some members of Cameroon sporting movements that are questioning the legitimacy and competence of the CCA either in good or bad faith. The interest of this work aims at crucially presenting an overview of the various legal transformations that affected the history of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Cameroon National Olympic and Sports Committee.
