摘要：
The initial stages of the formation of intermetallic compounds in the Fe-Sn system are investigated experimentally. The processes of formation of FeSn2 and afterwards FeSn are described within the limits of islets' model. The parameter of both nucleation and growth of new phases are revealed. Kinetics of reactive diffusion in Fe-Sn system is discussed considering the results of other authors.
