Research and Practice of the Co-Cultivation Mechanism on Universities, Associations, Enterprises for Software Talents in Local Universities

School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to strengthen the cultivation of applied talents. There is no industry representative of the cultivation for certain enterprises, and talents do not have adaptability to local industry. The cultivation mode can't introduce the- professionalism education into universities also. The aggregation ability of industry association will be given full play through collaboration on universities, industry association and enterprise. The personnel training plan which is drawn up according to the industry professionalism analysis has continuity. Timeliness of teaching content would be improved after amending courses and its teaching programs based on the training plan. Professionalism education would be throughout the plan with the help of enterprises. All of these will improve the quality of employment and enhance the ability of universities serving local society.
