摘要
Recent years have allowed studies on the human resources management, focused on the imbalances in the labor market under the impact of a crisis present at all levels: moral crisis - spiritual crisis - financial crisis economic crisis - social crisis. There have been made unidirectional recommendations, destined to diminish the effects of one or another aspect of the crisis. However, the characteristics of labor relations established at micro-organizational level did not receive legislative support. The research on human personality, in terms of professional education and training, performance and behavior at work, results of the individual and the organization compared to competitors, must be sustained by a legal system that supports the quality of life at work and the employees' work conditions. The relation between the level of work results and training is undeniable. But, it seems that not equally necessary is the investigation on the relation between the work results and the quality of life, the lifestyle, the personal satisfaction. However, the current labor code does not protect the worker in terms of interpersonal relations in the workplace.
