Research on Computer-Aided Ergonomics Design Perception Repository System Modeling

The idea of computer-aided ergonomics design (CAED) and its advantages over the traditional man-machine engineering design methods are presented. Two key problems of CAED system are explored: the building of the knowledge repository and the building of the model of man-machine- environment system. Based on these two cores, the framework of CAED system is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to present s computer aided ergonomics design perception repository system methods based on kansei engineering. According to the basic meanings of kansei engineering, the logical hierarchical structure of kansei engineering was outlined and established. Combining with computer aided ergonomics design (CAED), this work focused on the man-machine-environment system and product structure system, established the design frameworks of 'value forming from usage-style' and 'structure forming from values by symbols', presented product creative design ideas and methods, and resented some practical case studies.
