摘要
A new concept of targets recognition is presented which allow the computer resources redistribution and the computing processes reorganization depending on the characteristics of the targets. A target's image complexity matrix is described. The necessary number of the target's image pixels was determined dependent on the complexity matrix. The general purpose adaptive systems with fixed structure and reconfigurable architecture are described. The specialized optical-electronic correlation multiprocessor functional distributed system is presented. The results of the investigation of the elaborated targets recognition systems are described.
