摘要
A Monte Carlo simulation of radiation transport inside an integrating sphere is performed. A steady state, simple geometry case is tested first. The results agree well with previous theoretical results. The transient response of a square wave laser irradiation is simulated to find the time constant of the integrating sphere. It is found that the time constant of an integrating sphere does not change with the size and position of the baffle. The time constant decreases with the increase of the size of the detector port.
