Study on China's Administrative System Reform from the Perspective of Legalization

With the gradual formation of China's socialist market economic system, the reform of China's administrative system has achieved remarkable results. However, China's administrative system still has many defects. Therefore, from the perspective of legalization, this paper summarizes the structure and problems of current administrative system, analyzes the objectives, significance and method of strengthening the administrative system reform in depth, and then proposes a few countermeasures on promoting the in-depth reform of China's administrative system.
