摘要：
As a kind of project financing pattern, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) is play an more and more important role for the infrastructure construction projects. It can not only lighten the financial pressure of the government, improve the operation efficiency and service quality, but also bring some risks. Thus how to identify, analyze and evaluate these risks have been very important problems. In this paper, the connotation of PPP and the research status are summarized firstly. On the basis of the risks analysis of PPP projects, the evaluation index system are established. Then it puts forward an evaluation model based on the unascertained measure. Finally, an example is shown. It will give some beneficial references for the risks study of PPP projects.
