摘要
Temperature dependence of secondary electron emission from the polar surfaces of single and polydomain LiNbO3 samples has been investigated. It has been shown that the signal from the single domain samples is mainly determined by the surface potential arising due to the pyroelectric effect and influencing the primary electron effective energy, whereas the emission from polydomain samples is mainly determined by the electric fields in subsurface layers and by their influence on the secondary electron yield.
