摘要
Time development of Cu concentrations is soil solutions in two-phase hydroponics in relation to total Cu content in roots is monitored in this study. Three different plants (A. glutinosa, A. incana and S. caprea) growing in three different soils from the Czech Republic (Litavka, Plibram, Pigfany) is submitted for Cu demands testing. The development of Cu content in soil solution respects the individual plant demands independently on soil. The highest Cu mobilization as well Cu content in roots is in A. glutionosa.
