The evolution expressed in the process of professional formation of workers in the community of Kichwa Anangu in the Ecuadorian Amazonia

The current article is the result of an investigation that is being carried out with the precise intention of being defended as a master's degree at the University of Holguin in Cuba. The main purpose of the research is to characterize the evolution in the formation process of workers in the community of Kichwa Anangu in Ecuadorian Amazon. In its elaboration the analysis-synthesis, revision of documents and the historic-logical methods were applied. The research is also a contribution to the comprehension of the scientific character of Professional Pedagogy as an important branch of the General Pedagogy while deepening on its object of study from the particular conditions of the community of Kichwa Anangu in Ecuadorian Amazon. This result has been socialized in the course of the basics and current problems of Professional Pedagogy in the master's degree mentioned before.
