摘要
A novel reaction of 3-amino-2H-pyran-2-ones and their fused derivatives with hydrazine hydrate leading to the corresponding pyridazine derivatives is reported. Further oxidation with ammonium cerium(IV) nitrate (CAN, from Cerium(IV) Ammonium Nitrate) yields a collection of pyridazine-3-carboxylates. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
