摘要：

A computer-aided heat treatment planning system (CAHTPS) has been developed based on expert rules and simplified calculation. A semi-empirical calculation and analytical method is presented based on the heat-transfer and energy-balance principle, where hybrid convection/radiation boundary conditions are applied. The system can calculate the temperature-time profiles of parts and furnace, so as to improve and optimise the part load design and thermal schedule, thus enhancing heat treatment processes and the product quality.
