摘要：
The blocking temperature T-B and the Neel temperature of the antiferromagnet, T-N, are compared in exchange-biased Fe3O4/CoO. Neutron diffraction shows that the observed reduction iii T-B for CoO layer thicknesses < 90 Angstrom is not due to the reduction of T-N of these layers. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
