摘要
A microwave drying experimental device is designed for experimental studies on agricultural products or food drying experiment in this paper. The whole system mainly consists of three parts of low voltage unit, high voltage unit, and connecting unit. The specific circuits of each module are designed, and suitable circuit parameters are obtained through computer simulation. Its power output can be linear controlled continuously. This is helpful to overcome the defect of intermittent power output, and provide variable energy according to actual demand of drying items to improve the drying quality. In order to decrease cost, its control device employs normal components instead of special custom components, which can be replaced easily in case of failure.
