摘要
In recent years, haze weather occurred frequently in China, which caused widespread concern at home and abroad. The harm of air pollution to people's health has also become a research hotspot. Ecological time series analysis shows that air pollution is related to the increased risk of death. This paper analyzes the influence of atmospheric particulate matter pollution on outdoor physical exercise by measuring the atmospheric particulate matter pollution on the main roads in some areas of Beijing. By using common cardiovascular examination methods in clinical diseases, molecular biotechnology in epidemiology and related research methods, Detectors are used to monitor the actual exposure level of atmospheric particulate matter in residential areas near major traffic roads, and collect related data such as heart rate and pulse fluctuation of autonomic nerves of respondents in this area. Exposure detection and related evaluation indexes were used to evaluate whether cardiovascular damage will occur in outdoor exercisers. The results show that the individual exposure concentration of particulate matter is obviously related to the distance from the main traffic road, and with the increase of the distance from the main traffic road, the individual exposure concentration of PM2.5 decreases; LF (low frequency power) and LF/HF value decreased with the increase of PM2.5 exposure concentration, and the difference was significant; HF (high frequency power) value increased. In this paper, PM2.5 is considered as the most harmful fine particulate matter in the grouping of air pollution particulate matter. PM2.5 pollution will destroy human autonomic nerve, cause nerve disorder, affect heart rate and its variability, and recently affect the contraction and relaxation function of blood vessels, and destroy their endothelial function.
