摘要
Along with the rise of knowledge economy around the world and rapid development of information technology, the realization of competition among enterprises, creation, utilization and value adding of knowledge, reasonable allocation of resources relies on the carrier of knowledge-knowledge workers ultimately. How to improve the performance of knowledge workers is one of the important problems that modern enterprises are confronted with. Based on relevant literature at home and abroad and by means of questionnaire, this research has conducted a survey on the knowledge workers of 50 enterprises, and adopted factor analysis and structural equation model to verify the structure of influential factors of performance.
