摘要
The diversity of the microbial community from the sandy mat of the soda lake Zun-Torey (Transbaikalia) has been studied using enrichment cultures. The use of classical microbiological and molecular genetic techniques allows one to assess the numbers and diversity of species of decomposer bacteria from the cellulolytic communities formed in different horizons of the sandy mat.
