摘要：
In business, agility is a method that places projects on a smaller scale and engages team members through constant collaboration and continuous iteration. Thus, it needs to find the factors affecting business agility. This study aims to determine the influence of networking capabilities and digital adoption on business agility with the variable business model innovation as a mediation variable using quantitative method. The results show that all variables have significant and positive effect of business agility. It is concluded that networking capabilities, digital adoption, and business model innovation can escalate business agility
