摘要：

This work is devoted to the problems of formation of a silicocarbide hardening phase in rapidly cooled alloys of the Fe - C - Cr - B - Si system. The presence of this phase in the alloys is proved by means of microscopic x-ray spectral and diffraction analysis, and qualitative and quantitative Auger spectroscopy. It is shown that the silicocarbide phase promotes elevation of the abrasion resistance of alloys of the Fe - C - Cr - B - Si system.
