摘要
Optimised addition of the complexing agent caffeine results in an acceleration of the PAH-degradation by Mucor circinelloides in PAH-contaminated soils. Mono-, di-, tri- and tetrahydroxy derivatives of pyrene, chrysene and benzo[a]pyrene were detected as metabolites, whereas trans-dihydrodiols commonly observed in other eucaryotic systems were formed to a very little extent only.
