A Study on Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids from Wolfberry and Hawthorn

摘要
Ningxia wolfberry, Shandong hawthorn as raw materials, Soxhlet methanol reflux extraction flavonoids, through the production of Rutin standard curve, measured Ningxia wolfberry, hawthorn flavonoid content and antioxidant experiment clearance, thereby determining the oxidation resistance. The results showed that: Ningxia wolfberry, the concentration of Shandong hawthorn flavonoids extract was 1.55mg / mL, 1.77mg / mL; Flavonoids are as follows: 3.875%, 4.425%; extracted the greater the concentration of flavonoids, free radical scavenging rate the larger, that is significantly more radical scavenging effects: (1) hydroxyl radical scavenging rates were: 17.92%, 14.55%; (2) superoxide anion radical scavenging rates were: 3.73%, 0.91%. Therefore, oxidation resistance strength of the order: Ningxia wolfberry>Shandong Hawthorn.
