Description of a new species of Encarsia from India, with records of four other species (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae)

摘要：
A new species of the aphelinid genus Encarsia Foerster, E. levo, is described from India from the whitefly Dialeuropora decempuncta, collected in West Bengal. Also four other species of this genus are recorded of which one, E. interstrica Huang & Polaszek, is recorded for the first time from India.
