摘要
Conditions of catalase and glucose oxidase biosynthesis by fungus P. piceum F-648 were investigated. It was found that optimal conditions for simultaneous production of tested oxidoreductases are as following: submerged culture at t 25 degreesC, initial pH of the media 5.0-6.0. Spore suspension of 2.5-3 month culture in ratio 4.8 x 10(5)-9.6 x 10(5) spores per 1 ml should be used as inoculum. To obtain complex enzyme preparation with dominating catalase,it is necessary to perform fermentation. under stationary conditions.
